Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped the next business day after receipt of your payment with delivery without signature. Delivery of the packages is via DHL, the delivery time is normally 3 to 5 working days. Delivery times are between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

The prices stated with the products are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are shown after you have added one or more products to the shopping cart. Because our packages are large and have a lot of weight, the shipping costs per order can be different.

Around the holidays such as Sinterklaas and Christmas it can be busy at DHL and packages can be delayed.
